Engineered Wood Flooring Disclaimer

Disclaimer:

  1. Variability in Appearance: Engineered wood flooring is made from natural materials, and variations in color, tone, character, grain, and texture are normal. Natural characteristics including knots, cracks, sap marks, and worm holes are part of the product's natural beauty and should be expected.  Variations will occur between planks, samples, and photos (depending on your screen settings).

  2. Installation: Proper installation is critical to the performance of your wood flooring. It is recommended to hire an experienced professional installer and to follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Failure to do so may void any  warranty.

  3. Environmental Conditions: Engineered wood flooring is sensitive to humidity and temperature changes. Improper environmental conditions can lead to warping, buckling, cupping, or gaps. Maintain indoor humidity levels between 30% and 50%.

  4. Maintenance: Regular care and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity of the flooring. Neglecting proper cleaning, using harsh chemicals, or allowing excessive moisture may damage the floor and void any  warranty.

  5. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading from sunlight exposure, are not covered under warranty.
