Delivery & Freight Policy

 

By understanding our delivery and freight policy, you can ensure a smooth and efficient process for receiving your engineered wood flooring. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support throughout your experience.

 

1. Delivery:

  • Material is shipped by common carrier to the specified address and require a contact name and contact number prior to shipping.  Customer is responsible for unloading material from curbside and moving to designated staging area.  Our service does not include moving or unpacking of material.  Material is commonly packaged for forklift unloading so proper equipment is required.  If the product will be hand unloaded, please inform Floorstylez at the time of deposit. Freight estimates are based on current rates and normal unloading times and are subject to change without prior notice.  All unloading charges are the responsibility of consignee.  

2. Delivery Times:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.

3. Freight Charges:

  • Shipping Costs: Freight charges are calculated at time of shipping based on location, weight, and the selected delivery method and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery Conditions:

  • Accessibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery access is clear and free of obstacles. Prior to shipping, please inform Floorstylez,  of any specific delivery instructions or potential access issues.
  • Damaged Goods: Upon delivery, inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact Floorstylez within 24 hours to report the issue.

5. Scheduling Delivery:

  • Once your order is processed, our team will reach out to schedule your delivery and confirm delivery window.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please review our return and exchange policy, included in our terms and conditions of sale, for information on how to handle any issues related to your order.
